Interventions

CFT Group:It Includes three parts :cognitive components, specific functional training, and lifestyle changes
Exercise Group:It includes cervical spine stability training, cervical isometric training, and scapular stability training
Education Group:Only neck health knowledge is provided, no active cognitive intervention or exercise

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Age 18-64 years old; (2) Neck pain and activity limitation persisted or recurred for >= 3 months; (3) pain intensity in visual analogue score (VAS) >= 3; (4) Have not received any treatment in the past month; (5) Those who voluntarily participate in this study and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Specific neck pain caused by a fracture; (2) Presence of severe symptoms of nerve compression, or positive neurological signs of spinal cord compression, or involvement of vertebral arteries; (3) History of head, spine, especially neck surgery; (4) Red flag sign: the presence of cancer or infection that causes neck pain, the presence of unstable heart disease, rheumatism or autoimmune disease, the presence of severe neurological diseases, etc.
