Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who have been regularly followed up in the peritoneal dialysis center of the Department of Nephrology, General Hospital of Ningxia Medical University for at least 3 months. 2. Aged 18 years or older. 3. Voluntarily participate in this research project and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those who have used antibiotics, probiotic preparations, immunosuppressive agents or glucocorticoids and other drugs that may affect the intestinal flora or immune function within the past month. 2. Patients with severe infectious diseases, malignant tumors, autoimmune diseases or other digestive system diseases that affect intestinal function (such as inflammatory bowel disease, irritable bowel syndrome, etc.). 3. Those with a history of abdominal surgery (except for simple surgeries such as appendicitis and hernia) or abnormal intestinal anatomy. 4. Patients with mental disorders or cognitive impairment who are unable to cooperate with research investigations and sample collection.
