Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Premenopausal women >= 18 years of age 2.No fertility requirement within 1 year 3.Ultrasonography indicated a suspected endometrial polyp 4.There are indications of TCRP, such as symptoms, infertility, risk factors for malignancy, polyps >1.0cm in diameter, recurrence, etc. . 5.Those who are willing to place LNG-IUS; 6.Clinical data were complete and follow-up was completed 7.The patient agreed to participate in the trial and signed the informed consent
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Postoperative pathology denied endometrial polyps 2.Pregnancy and lactation 3.There are contraindications for hysteroscopic surgery: absolute contraindications are severe internal and surgical complications that cannot tolerate surgical operation; Relative contraindications such as acute pelvic and vaginal inflammation, or body temperature >37.5?; Uterine active massive bleeding, severe anemia; History of uterine perforation within 3 months; Invasive cervical cancer; Reproductive tract tuberculosis without anti-tuberculosis treatment 4.There are contraindications for LNG-IUS placement: such as cervical dysplasia, internal opening too loose, tear; Malignant lesions of uterus or cervix; Progesterone dependent tumor; Unexplained abnormal uterine bleeding; Large uterus (> 8 weeks or depth > 10cm), malformation; Allergy to active ingredients or excipients, etc 5.Current or planned use of hormone drugs
