Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Over 18 years old. 2. After radical surgery for prostate cancer, pathologically confirmed prostate cancer, except small cell carcinoma or sarcoma. 3.PSMA PET confirmed the recurrence of the operating bed (confirm with the nuclear medicine doctor). 4.Radiation therapy, brachytherapy, cryotherapy, and high intensity focused ultrasound were not performed in the past.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Radiotherapy, brachytherapy, cryotherapy, and high-intensity focused ultrasound have been received in the operative bed area. 2. History of other pelvic malignancies in addition to prostate cancer. 3. Participants considered unsuitable for clinical trials by the researchers. 4.There were only patients with distant metastasis without bed recurrence.
