Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Those who meet the criteria for burns by referring to the Expert Consensus on Grading Evaluation Methods for Burn Specialty Surgery in China (2019 Edition); 2) The total area of burns >50%, or the area of third-degree burns >20%; 3) The patient's body temperature in the preoperative preparation room is normothermic, i.e., the tympanic membrane temperature is 36.0-37.3°C; 4) Those who performed the surgery under general anesthesia; 5) Those who have been approved by the hospital ethics committee and signed the informed consent form for surgery.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients with severe burns of the respiratory tract; 2) Patients with coagulation dysfunction such as acute leukemia and von Willebrand disease; 3) Those with abnormal body temperature regulation and other diseases; 4) Have serious complications and comorbidities.
