18 Years to 65 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.diagnose RP; 2.at the age of 18 to 65; 3.corrected visual acuity is between 0.05 and 0.5; 4.Visual field less than 10 degrees with similar severity of damage in both eyes; 5.No other ocular diseases present; 6.agree to sign the informed consent form;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.The subject tests positive for any one of Treponema pallidum, human immunodeficiency virus (HIV), hepatitis B virus (HBV), or hepatitis C virus (HCV); 2.Pseudo RP: Phenothiazine poisoning, syphilis, and rubella causing salt-and-pepper fundus changes; 3.Vision loss and visual field defects caused by other diseases; 4.has severe chronic diseases and the condition is not well controlled; 5.Pregnant women or those who are unable to attend regular and long-term medical consultations. 6.patients with macular edema; 7.Patients who developed the disease before the age of 10;
