Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. No tuberculosis-related symptoms as judged by medical treatment; 2. Patients with positive Mycobacterium tuberculosis specific cellular immune response test (IP-10) or patients with positive lymphocytic tuberculosis immunoassay or tuberculin skin test (TST); 3. There is no abnormality in chest X-ray or CT examination.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Current or previous tuberculosis; 2. Abnormal or damaged liver and kidney function; 3. Women who are pregnant, breastfeeding or planning to become pregnant within 2 years; 4. Those with epilepsy or other mental disorders; 5. Those who are addicted to alcohol, drugs and other bad habits; 6. The person or guardian does not cooperate with the follow-up follow-up or withdraws halfway.
