Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Healthy population (1) Aged between 18 and 60 years old; (2) A state of complete body structure and good function, without any diseases or disabilities; (3) The physical condition is peaceful; (4) The participant agrees to participate in this study and signs an informed consent form. 2. Gout patients (1) The research subjects meet the 2015 ACR/EULAR diagnostic criteria for gouty arthritis; (2) Aged between 18 and 60 years old; (3) Irregular treatment in the past 2 weeks; (4) The participant agrees to participate in this study and signs an informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Healthy population (1) Pregnant or lactating women; (2) People who have taken any health supplements or regular supplements in the past two weeks; (3) Individuals with liver function, kidney function, blood lipids, blood glucose, blood uric acid, blood routine, and urine routine exceeding 1.5 times normal values. 2. Gout patients (1) Patients with severe cardiovascular, brain, lung, liver, kidney, hematopoietic system diseases, malignant tumors, and mental illnesses; (2) Pregnant or lactating women; (3) Patients with secondary gout caused by underlying diseases or the use of medications such as aspirin, cyclosporine, diuretics, etc.
