Age
60 Years to 85 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.60 years old = 3); 4.Stable vital signs; 5.Clear consciousness, without any comprehension, hearing, or visual impairments; 6.No cerebellar ataxia, able to walk independently without assistance; 7.Willing to join this project and sign an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Bone and muscle diseases such as cervical and lumbar vertebrae affect daily activities; 2.Being in an unstable or acute phase of illness; 3.Severe hypertension (systolic blood pressure>180 mmHg or diastolic blood pressure>110 mmHg); 4.Diagnosed with Werner syndrome. 5.New York Heart Association (NYHA) cardiac function grade II or above, diabetes nephropathy stage III or above; 6.Significant medication adjustments (such as hypoglycemic drugs, lipid-lowering drugs, etc.) in the past 3 months.
