Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: PD patients: 1 aged 55-75 years old; 2 The clinical diagnosis is primary PD; 3 Hoehn Yahr >= 2.0 stage in drug off state; 4 There are no obvious tremor symptoms during the drug withdrawal period, and the MDS-UPDRS tremor scores (2.10, 3.15-18) are <= 2 points. Healthy participants: aged 55-75 years old;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Having a clear history of central nervous system infection, traumatic brain injury, or pesticide poisoning in the past; 2. Merge serious internal medicine diseases (such as heart failure, respiratory failure, renal dysfunction, etc.); 3. Patients with cognitive impairment caused by Alzheimer's disease, vascular dementia, Lewy body dementia, etc.
