Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adults aged >= 18 years old, who are diagnosed with CTD-ILD according to the guidelines of the American Thoracic Society/European Respiratory Society (ATS/ERS), have the availability of follow-up, imaging and multi-omics data, and have signed the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with a preliminary diagnosis of idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis (IPF) or other interstitial lung diseases not related to connective tissue diseases, as well as those with severe comorbidities that may interfere with the research results, such as severe cardiovascular diseases, active malignancies, or failure of other major organ systems, and patients with a history of lung transplantation or those who are on the lung transplantation waiting list within the next 6 months.
