60 Years to 85 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age 60-85 years old, gender is not limited; 2.undergo elective surgery for the hip joint; 3.American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA)grading 1-3; 4.Frailty as assessed by the Edmonton Frailty Scale (score >= 6 points) 5.Understand the content of this study and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Comorbid psychiatric illness; 2.The disease is too severe or other reasons to be treated by surgery; 3.Those who are unable to cooperate with the investigator to complete the assessment or data collection for various reasons.
