Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 18 years old; ECoG score 0-2; 2.The clinical diagnosis was multiple pulmonary nodules, in which there was at least one high-risk nodule (meeting the criteria for high-risk nodules in the Chinese guidelines for the classification, diagnosis and treatment of pulmonary nodules (2016 version)), and no extrapulmonary or distal metastasis was confirmed by imaging examination; 3.According to the comprehensive evaluation, it is planned to undergo surgical treatment; 4.Not receiving anti-tumor treatment before treatment; 5.Sign the informed consent form, agree to come to the hospital for blood sampling and FR+CTC testing at the designated time, agree to undergo surgical treatment, agree to participate in regular follow-up and provide prognostic information.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.History of other malignant tumors in the past 5 years, excluding cancer that has been cured and has no risk of metastasis or death; 2.Solitary pulmonary nodules; 3.Previously received anti-tumor treatment within the past 6 months; 4.The subjects may have other diseases or conditions that may affect the research results, such as severe infections, mental disorders, and pregnancy.
