Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. All patients met the latest TLE diagnostic criteria of the International League against Epilepsy in 2017, that is, they could be diagnosed as epileptic when they had two clinically uninduced seizures (at least 24 hours apart), and were identified as TLE by EEG monitoring, imaging examination and pathological examination after surgical resection. 2. An average of at least 2 seizures per month in the six months prior to surgery; 3. The patient underwent comprehensive preoperative evaluation and epilepsy surgery; 4. There are 18F-FDG PET imaging data, and the examination has been at least 48 hours since the last seizure; 5. Complete at least 1 year of follow-up.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. accompanied by encephalitis, hydrocephalus, cerebral hemorrhage, cerebrovascular disease, intracranial space occupying lesions; 2. Poor image quality, such as head movement caused by serious image artifacts, scanning non-standard image development is not ideal.
