Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Age>=18 years; (2) Meet the diagnostic criteria for type 2 diabetes released by the Chinese Guidelines for the Prevention and Treatment of Type 2 Diabetes (2020 Edition); (3) According to the clinical dementia grading score of the American Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders, 4th Edition, there is at least one cognitive domain >=0.5 points, and the overall score is <=0.5 points, or the ability to perform daily activities is normal or slightly impaired, and the total score is <=1.5 points; (4) Meet the score requirements of the Montreal Cognitive Assessment Scale, i.e., < = 13 points in the illiterate group, < = 19 points in the primary school group, and < = 24 points in the junior high school group and above; (5) Voluntarily participate in this study and sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with severe infection, brain tumor, subdural hematoma, central nervous system infection, severe heart, liver and kidney insufficiency, cerebral infarction and other complications before the diabetic complications are not corrected; (2) Those with severe mental and behavioral symptoms.
