Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age>=12 years old,<35 years old,irrespective of gender; 2.GAGS score ranging from 1 to 30 points; 3.Participants aged = 18 years provided written informed consent. For minors, informed consent must be co-signed by both the participant and their parents or legal guardians based on the participants’ comprehension and agreement.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. History of hypersensitivity to the test or control preparation, or any of its components; 2. Use of systemic glucocorticoids (including intramuscular injections), antibiotics, or other systemic acne treatments within 4 weeks prior to trial initiation or systemic retinoids within 6 months. 3. Pregnancy, lactation, or planned pregnancy; 4. Presence of facial dermatological conditions that could interfere with clinical assessments; 5. History of Crohn's disease (localized enteritis), ulcerative colitis, or antibiotic-associated pseudomembranous colitis. 6. Inability to communicate or cooperate with the research team due to language barriers, mental disorders, or cognitive impairments; 7. Known hypersensitivity to light-sensitive substances; 8. History of facial antibiotic treatment within 2 weeks prior to trial initiation, or other topical anti-acne treatments within 2 weeks, anti-inflammatory drugs or corticosteroids within 4 weeks, or retinoid use within 4 weeks.
