Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Meets the diagnostic criteria of the Consensus on the Diagnosis and Treatment of Inflammatory Bowel Disease (Beijing, 2023) or clinical diagnosis; 2.Age 18-59 and in employment; 3.Able to read and write independently or with the assistance of the investigator to complete the questionnaire; voluntary participation in the survey;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Students, the retired population, and patients without a return-to-work program; 2.Suffering from a disease that seriously affects the physical and mental condition, such as cancer; 3.Comorbid cognitive or psychiatric disorders that are too severe for cooperation;
