Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Age range: 45-65 years old (2) The diagnosis of patients with chronic kidney disease meets the criteria of CKD3-5 stage (eGFR<60ml/(min. 1.73m^2) in the "Guidelines for Early Screening, Diagnosis, and Prevention of Chronic Kidney Disease (2022 Edition)"
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Combined with serious diseases such as heart failure, myocardial infarction, dialysis, and acute kidney injury. (2) Combined with gastrointestinal diseases such as ulcerative colitis. (3) History of major gastrointestinal surgeries (such as subtotal gastrectomy) within the past five years (4) Recently taken antibiotics or probiotic preparations (5) Vulnerable groups such as the elderly, pregnant women, and children (6) Complicated with infectious diseases, with obvious abnormalities in blood routine, procalcitonin and C-reactive protein
