Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Diagnosis by CBCT and MRI: Osteoarthritis with Disc Perforation and Deformation, Unsuitable for Disc Repositioning; 2.Symptoms: Persistent Joint Pain, Limited Mouth Opening, Abnormal Joint Sounds, with a Desire to Improve Clinical Symptoms, Pain VAS >= 2, and Mouth Opening = 6 Months.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Presence of non-TMD orofacial pain disorders or external ear deformities. 2.Systemic diseases affecting the TMJ, such as rheumatoid arthritis. 3.Previous history of TMJ surgery.
