Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Presence of academic anxiety (AEQ); 2. Aged 18 or above; 3. Undergraduate or graduate students in Chinese universities; 4. Able to operate a smartphone or computer smoothly.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. There is a risk of suicide or self-harm; 2. Presence of severe depressive symptoms; 3. There is a risk of alcohol abuse; 4. Presence of schizophrenia symptoms; 5. Presence of borderline personality disorder symptoms; 6. Currently receiving psychotherapy or psychiatric medication.
