Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Turn the foreskin upwards vigorously, and the head of the penis cannot be exposed; 2. Phimosis with disposable circumcision stapler; 3. Children with indications for surgery; 4. Age is 5~11 years old; 5. Children with a normal body mass index; 6. Anesthesia is the anesthesia of the root tissue of the penis, and the operation time is not more than 30 minutes; 7. Informed consent, voluntary test.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Children with severe penile skin swelling after surgery and need other drugs and treatment as judged by the doctor; 2. Children with other diseases such as mental disorders, communication difficulties, and poor compliance; 3. The child has other unstable or serious heart, lung, liver, kidney, hematopoietic system diseases (including unstable angina, uncontrolled asthma, active gastric bleeding, cancer, etc.).
