Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. For hospitalized patients diagnosed with influenza A by nucleic acid PCR testing, nucleic acid detection PCR method will be used for follow-up of nail flu and negative test; 2. Age: 18 years old or above (including 18 years old); 3. Oral oseltamivir antiviral therapy;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who died during hospitalization; 2. Those who take other anti-influenza virus drugs in addition to oseltamivir; 3. Those who have not rechecked the nucleic acid of influenza A 5 days after taking oseltamivir; 4. Patients with influenza A combined with other respiratory viral infections (such as influenza B and new crown).
