Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria were based on the diagnostic criteria for CRC in Internal Medicine [5]. Patients eligible for CRC surgery, with no known drug allergies related to the medications used in this study, no history of mental illness or communication barriers, and no prior radiotherapy or chemotherapy, were included.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria include organ dysfunction, immune system disorders, hematologic diseases, infectious diseases, and other malignancies.
