Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients diagnosed with lower extremity fractures through X-ray examination and physical examination following trauma. 2.Patients with unilateral closed fractures treated with internal fixation surgery. 3.Patients with normal mental, cognitive, and communication functions. 4.Patients without severe visual impairment or systemic diseases (e.g., severe osteoporosis or other bone metabolic disorders). 5.Patients aged 18 to 60 years. 6.Patients who have signed the informed consent form..
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with bilateral lower extremity fractures. 2.Patients receiving conservative treatment for lower extremity fractures. 3.Patients undergoing external fixation surgery. 4.Patients with a history of diseases such as autoimmune disorders, hematological disorders, or malignant tumors that may affect the study outcomes. 5.Patients who are unable or unsuitable for early rehabilitation training due to other reasons.
