Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. patients who underwent modified radical mastectomy under elective general anesthesia; 2. patients who clearly had CIPN after preoperative neoadjuvant chemotherapy and whose symptoms did not subside were selected; 3. ASA grade I ~ III ; 4. Age> 18 years old.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. patients with diabetes; 2. patients with definite history of nervous system and mental system diseases before chemotherapy; 3. having a history of drug abuse or long-term opioid use; 4. patients with sinus bradycardia or heart block and ventricular dysfunction before surgery; 5. patients with severe liver and kidney dysfunction.
