Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adult patients who meet the diagnostic criteria of Overactive Bladder and below 80 years old

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1: Patients with confirmed urinary tract infection; 2: Those who have taken antibiotics within 4 weeks; 3: Patients with long-term gastric tube retention or undergoing gastrointestinal decompression within 2 weeks; 4: Those who have undergone any intestinal invasive procedures within 2 weeks; 5: Patients who have taken drugs for lower urinary tract dysfunction within 3 months; 6: Those suspected or diagnosed with digestive tract diseases; 7: Pregnant or lactating patients.
