Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria and classification criteria formulated by the Fourth National Cerebrovascular Academic Conference in 1995, and be diagnosed as stroke by head CT and/or MRI; 2. The first onset, at least 1 month after the onset, unilateral limb paralysis; 3. Age: 18-80 years old; 4. Stable vital signs; 5. Clear consciousness, no serious cognitive dysfunction, can cooperate with treatment; 6. Increased flexor elbow muscle tone, MAS range: 1-3; 7. Signed informed consent form before treatment; 8. No other neurological diseases.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Fracture or severe osteoporosis; 2. Those with severe bleeding tendency or coagulation dysfunction; 3. There are metal implants and pacemakers in the body; 4. Those who have severe cognitive dysfunction or communication disorder and are unable to cooperate; 5. Patients who have received antispasmodic treatment such as botulinum toxin type A injection and/or oral anticonvulsant drugs and surgery in the upper limb within half a year; 6. skull defect; 7. Skin lesions of the upper limbs on the affected side; 8. Pregnancy, brain tumor, meningitis, epilepsy, severe heart, liver, lung, kidney insufficiency, etc.
