Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Over 18 years old; 2.AIS patients who, within 4.5 hours of onset, meet the criteria for intravenous thrombolytic therapy and are treated with intravenous thrombolysis using rhTNK-tPA or alteplase. 3.Repeat CT or brain MRI results confirm acute cerebral infarction. 4.Complete a 90-day follow-up and sign an informed consent form;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Already participated in other clinical studies with intervention measures; 2.Lost to follow-up; 3.Incomplete clinical data;
