Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Parents of children diagnosed with congenital heart disease and requiring surgery according to the diagnostic criteria for congenital heart disease in children in the 2023 guidelines for the management of congenital heart disease in children issued by the American Heart Association (AHA) and the American College of Cardiology (ACC); 2. Length of hospitalization >=5 days; 3. Parents of children who voluntarily undertake the main care matters, and the care time is more than four hours a day; 4. No history of mental illness in the past, no cognitive, audio-visual impairment, and the ability to care; 5. Voluntarily participate in this study and sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Those who are discharged from the hospital and transferred to other hospitals for continued inpatient treatment; 2. The child's primary caregiver is not the child's parents; 3. Those with severe cognitive or mental disorders, language disorders or communication difficulties; 4. Those who are unwilling to participate in this study.
