Interventions

Sevoflurane group:Sevoflurane was used for anesthesia induction and maintenance as an intravenous anesthetic.
Propofol group:Propofol was used for anesthesia induction and maintenance as an intravenous anesthetic.
Remimazolam group:Remimazolam was used for anesthesia induction and maintenance as an intravenous anesthetic.

3 Years to 12 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Pediatric patients scheduled for elective laparoscopic surgery; 2.Aged 3-12 years; 3.ASA physical status I-II, without severe dysfunction of vital organs such as the heart, brain, or lungs; 4.Parents or guardians agree to participate and sign the informed consent form. Patients must meet all the above criteria to be enrolled in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Emergency surgery; 2.Age less than 3 years or greater than 12 years; 3.Severe dysfunction of vital organs such as the heart, brain, or lungs, with an ASA classification of III or higher; 4.Diagnosed with obesity; 5.Participation in other clinical trials within the past 12 months; 6.Parents or guardians refuse to sign the informed consent form. Patients meeting any of the above criteria will be excluded from the study.
