Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Age>= 18 years; 2.Initiation of enteral nutrition 24 to 48 hours following admission to the ICU; 3.Presence of a nasogastric or enteral feeding tube, and a urinary catheter; 4.APACHE-II score >= 15; 5.Intra-abdominal pressure >=12 mmHg; 6.Patients and their families are informed about this study, consent to participate voluntarily, and sign an informed consent form;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.A history of abdominal surgery; 2.Patients with urinary tract obstruction or rupture, severe urinary tract infections, bladder trauma, bladder stasis, or neurogenic bladder; 3.The presence of adhesive peritonitis or ascites;
