Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Tourette syndrome group: 1. Age 5-16 years old; 2. Clinically diagnosed as tourette syndrome according to the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders, 4th Revision; 3. Complete brain MRI examination and YGTSS scale assessment; 4. Being right-handed. Control group:? Age 5-16 years old; ? Complete brain MRI examination; ? Being right-handed.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. history of brain injury, head trauma, and central nervous system disease; 2. taking any medications that may affect the central nervous system; 3. Inability to give informed consent and contraindications to MRI (e.g., claustrophobia).
