Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: After surgery/ESD treatment, EGC group: 1. First diagnosis of gastric cancer; 2. Gastric cancer is limited to the gastric mucosal layer and submucosa; 3. Failure to receive radiotherapy or chemotherapy before surgery; 4. Postoperative histopathology of the sample showed whether the tumor had vascular invasion and lymphatic vessel invasion. Pre-surgery/ESD treatment EGC group: 1. Individuals with a high suspicion of gastric cancer, but the exact treatment has not yet been determined; 2. Participant has expressed understanding and signed a written informed consent form to participate in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: After surgery/ESD treatment, EGC group: 1. Patients diagnosed with other cancers or metastases from other cancers; 2. Patients diagnosed with autoimmune diseases, inflammatory diseases, hematologic diseases, and other infectious diseases; 3. Patients with a family history of gastric cancer. Pre-surgery/ESD treatment EGC group: 1. Patients diagnosed with other cancers or metastases from other cancers; 2. Patients diagnosed with autoimmune diseases, inflammatory diseases, hematologic diseases, and other infectious diseases; 3. Patients with a family history of gastric cancer; 4. Patients with incomplete histopathological information of postoperative samples.
