Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Age under 15 years, with no gender restrictions; 2) Preoperative MRCP (Magnetic Resonance Cholangiopancreatography), abdominal CT (Computed Tomography), and intraoperative cholangiography indicate congenital type I and type IV choledochal cysts; 3) The patient's legal representative has signed the "Informed Consent Form".

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Cases of partial IVa type that require partial hepatectomy; 2) A history of comorbidities in various organ systems that could potentially be life-threatening; 3) Any other conditions deemed by the researchers as unsuitable for participation in the trial.
