Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients diagnosed with hemifacial microsomia through 3D CT scans at the outpatient clinics of the participating centers of this project from January 2008 to August 2024. Diagnostic criteria: Criterion (1) is mandatory, and at least one of criteria (2) and (3) must be met. (1) Characteristic mandibular hypoplasia (2) Associated ear anomalies, including microtia, preauricular tags, preauricular pits, external auditory canal anomalies, conductive hearing loss, or middle ear anomalies (3) Presence of indirectly related anomalies, such as soft tissue hypoplasia on the affected side, midface anomalies, ocular abnormalities, spinal or other skeletal anomalies, or other systemic malformations 2. Age range of cases: From birth to 30 years old (inclusive). 3. Confirmation via 3D CT that the patient has not undergone any maxillofacial surgical treatments such as distraction osteogenesis, orthognathic surgery, or bone graftin
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with concurrent maxillofacial trauma, tumors, or other diseases affecting the skeletal structure. 2. Patients with other associated syndromes. 3. Poor-quality 3D CT images that make it difficult to identify bony landmarks.
