Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Right-handedness was assessed as aphasia by the Western aphasia battery (WAB); 2.First onset of illness; 3.Chinese is the first language; 4.It can be used to complete language function training; 5.Patients or family members sign informed consent forms.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Complicated with other neurodegenerative diseases, such as Parkinson's disease; 2.There was a speech disorder before this attack; 3.Have a history of mental disorders; 4.Epilepsy; 5.Serious heart, liver, kidney dysfunction or other serious physical diseases; 6.coma, can not cooperate with examination and treatment; 7.Hearing or visual impairments may affect assessment and treatment; 8.According to safety guidelines, cTBS therapy should not be performed if there is a metal foreign body or other electronic devices implanted in the body.
