Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Premature infants admitted to the neonatology department of Foshan women and Children Health Hospital between 2016 and 2023; 2.Admission age less than 28 days; 3.The diagnosis of the disease is based on the first page of the medical record, and the diagnostic criteria are based on the 5th edition of "Practical Neonatology" edited by Shao Xiaomei and others, as well as ICD-10; 4.The diagnosis of death shall be based on the first diagnosis on the first page of the medical record, and the diagnostic criteria shall be the same as above; 5.Collect premature infants who were hospitalized in the neonatology department of Foshan Maternal and Child Health Hospital between 2016 and 2023, and complete follow-up for corrected ages of 1, 3, 6, and 12 months after discharge;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Premature infants with incomplete information; 2.Premature infants who were abandoned for treatment and discharged without knowing the outcome; 3.Premature infants who died due to various reasons during follow-up after discharge;
