Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age >=18 years old; 2.Patients undergoing tumor surgery; 3.A cardiac arrest occurred intraoperatively, with the ICD code I46.901; 4.Complete anesthesia and operation records.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Events that occurred without anesthesia after entering the room; 2. Events occurring outside the operating room, such as patients during postoperative transport or transfer to the intensive care unit.
