Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Clinical frontline nurses on staff who are in direct contact with patients; 2. Be certified as a nurse and registered to practice in that hospital; 3. Informed consent to participate in this survey.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Nurses in support positions; 2. Nurses in internships or further training or nurses who are not on duty due to vacation or absence; 3. Nurses in non-clinical first-line units.
