Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Clinically diagnosed Parkinson's disease: from June 2014 to December 2015, according to the diagnostic criteria formulated by the United Kingdom Parkinson's Disease Society Brain Bank, and from December 2015 to October 2024, according to the Movement Disorder Society, MDS). Age between 18-90 years, gender is not limited. All diagnoses were confirmed by at least three neurology movement disorder subspecialty specialists; (2) Parkinson's disease-related next-generation sequencing and multiplex ligation-dependent probe amplification detection have been performed.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with Parkinson's disease who have undergone deep brain stimulation surgery; (2) Parkinson's disease superposition syndrome; (3) other secondary Parkinson's disease; (4) Those with other central or peripheral nervous system diseases; (5) Patients with other serious internal medicine system diseases that cannot tolerate the evaluation.
