Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age > 18 years; 2.Patients meeting the diagnostic criteria for HAPA and H1N1 are included in the experimental and control groups; 3.Patients with respiratory failure caused by non-infectious factors such as heart failure or trauma are included in the blank control group.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Age < 18 years; 2.Pregnant patients; 3.History of autoimmune diseases or malignancies; 4.Long-term use of oral steroids or immunosuppressive therapy; 5.Use of broad-spectrum antibiotics or antifungal treatments within the past month; 6.Recurrent symptoms of viral infection within the past month; 7.Patients who are bedridden for an extended period.
