Male

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Pathologically diagnosed PCa patients; 2.mHSPC patients confirmed by imaging (PET/CT, whole - body bone ECT, prostate MRI) and serum tests; 3.mHSPC patients initially treated with goserelin and abiraterone as first - line therapy; 4.mHSPC patients who can receive at least 4 cycles of goserelin and abiraterone; 5.Patients who can provide complete medical and follow - up records.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.PCa patients without pathological diagnosis; 2.mHSPC patients treated with other endocrine drugs before or during treatment; 3.mHSPC patients who have had surgical castration; 4.mHSPC patients who relapsed after prostatectomy; 5.Patients who can't or refuse to complete clinical data collection or follow - up; 6.Patients allergic to LHRH, its analogs, or goserelin; 7.Patients with other primary tumors; 8.Patients with other severe organ diseases.
