Paprosky Type III severe acetabular defects

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Hip revision surgery was performed due to loosening of the acetabular prosthesis; 2. The acetabular bone defect was classified as Paprosky type III. 3. During the revision surgery, allogeneic granular bone was used for compression and bone grafting to repair the acetabular bone defect. 4. Follow-up data is complete.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Fracture and loosening of the acetabular prosthesis were caused by trauma; 2. Dislocation was occurred due to improper placement of the acetabular prosthesis; 3. Patients with other serious underlying diseases and mental functional disorders, as well as those who failed to cooperate with diagnosis and treatment and subsequent rehabilitation.
