Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Inclusion criteria for elderly inpatients: Inclusion criteria: (1) age >=60 years old; (2) Informed consent was obtained from the patient's family members. 2. Inclusion criteria for caregivers of elderly inpatients: Inclusion criteria: (1) age >=18 years old; (2) good cognitive function; (3) caring time at least 40 hours per week; (4) voluntary cooperation; (5) Informed consent was obtained.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Subjects who met any of the following criteria were not eligible for inclusion in this study. 1. Exclusion criteria for elderly inpatients: Exclusion criteria: (1) patients discharged, died or failed to adhere to systemic therapy within 24 hours after treatment; (2) patients with incomplete medical history data; 2. Exclusion criteria for caregivers of elderly inpatients: Exclusion criteria: (1) patients with visual and hearing impairment; (2) patients with mental illness.
