Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Immunohistochemistry shows dMMR or PCR reveals MSI-H. 2. Pathological examination confirms the diagnosis of colorectal cancer. 3. Complete endoscopic and imaging data are available. 4. The clinical tumor stage is II-III. 5. Radical surgery has been performed. 6. Neoadjuvant immunotherapy with PD-1 inhibitor monotherapy has been adopted

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Colorectal cancer with pMMR (mismatch repair proficient). 2. Distant metastasis detected before or during the operation. 3. Emergency surgery is required due to intestinal obstruction, intestinal perforation, etc. caused by the tumor.
