50 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age between 50 and 80 years old; 2. Patients undergoing their first knee replacement surgery; 3. Caprini score greater than 5 points; 4. Clear consciousness, able to understand and execute ankle pump movements; 5. The patient and their family have been fully informed of the relevant details of the study and have signed an informed consent form; 6. Able to complete questionnaire surveys independently or with the assistance of nursing staff, with clear awareness, normal language expression ability, and no mental or cognitive disorders.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Currently or previously suffering from lower limb vascular disease; 2. Have recently undergone surgery on other limbs or a large area; 3. There is lower limb disability or ankle joint dysfunction; 4. Merge with mental illness, consciousness disorders, or communication disorders; 5. Preoperative color Doppler ultrasound examination diagnosed DVT.
