Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria for functional constipation with depression. 2. Patients with onset age between 20~60 years old. 3. The individual agrees to accept and insist on completing the treatment, cooperates with the study, accepts the telephone and outpatient follow-up process, and signs the informed consent form. 4. There is no current use of medication for diseases related to this study, or the time between the last treatment of constipation or depression and the treatment of this study is more than 1 month.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Those with a history of abdominal or rectal and anal surgery. 2. Irritable bowel syndrome and organic or drug-induced constipation; Secondary to endocrine, metabolic, or neuropathic constipation. 3. Patients with heart, liver, kidney damage or cognitive dysfunction, aphasia, or unable to cooperate with sample collection and treatment. 4. Those who are pregnant, lactating and have a pregnancy plan in the past three months. 5. Patients with coagulation dysfunction or those who have been using anticoagulants such as warfarin and heparin.
