Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Age range: 18-70 years old; 2.Patients with a clear ICD diagnosis of lower extremity varicose veins (experimental group) and patients requiring normal great saphenous veins for vascular bypass surgery due to other vascular diseases (control group); 3.The function of important organs meets the standards;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.The patients in the control group will be excluded if they have varicose veins of the great saphenous vein and cannot be used for vascular bypass surgery.
