Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders 5th Edition (DSM-5) diagnostic criteria for AD; 2. Age 65-80 years old; 3. Education level above primary school; 4. Can cooperate with the completion of various examinations, scale evaluation and treatment; 5. Signed the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Have suffered from other neurological diseases (including stroke, Parkinson's disease, epilepsy, etc.); 2. Exclude possible vascular, trauma, medical and other causes of cognitive decline; 3. Have heart, liver, lung, kidney, hematopoietic system and other serious diseases; 4. Other conditions that the investigator judged unsuitable for participation in the study.
