Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 60 years; 2. Diagnosis of Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy (DPN) in accordance with the "Expert Consensus on Diagnosis and Treatment of Diabetic Neuropathy": presence of clinical symptoms (e.g., pain, numbness, sensory abnormalities) with at least one abnormal result in five examinations (ankle reflex, pinprick pain sensation, vibration sense, pressure sense, and temperature sense); or absence of clinical symptoms with at least two abnormal results in these five examinations; 3. Clear consciousness and no communication barriers; 4. Willingness to participate in the study and signing of informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Presence of severe cardiovascular or cerebrovascular diseases, such as severe arrhythmias, heart failure, or cerebral hemorrhage; 2. Peripheral neuropathy caused by diseases other than DPN; 3. Severe hepatic or renal insufficiency or malignancy; 4. Significant visual or auditory impairments.
